VOLLEYBALL:
The Huskies went 2-2 last week, falling 3-1 to No. 8 Cascade on Sept. 27 before taking a 3-0 victory over Newport on Thursday.
North Marion then split a pair of games at its home tournament on Saturday, beating Sutherlin 3-2 before falling 3-0 to No. 4 Tillamook.
BOYS SOCCER:
North Marion picked up a 6-2 win at home over Philomath on Sept. 27, but fell 2-1 to the defending state champion Stayton Eagles on the road on Thursday.
GIRLS SOCCER:
After falling 3-0 to Philomath on Sept. 27, the Huskies rebounded with a 3-0 win over Stayton behind a pair of goals from Melany Bahena and another from Mar Verastegui.
CROSS COUNTRY:
The Huskies saw their first action in two weeks and were led by sophomore Alex Ellington’s 51st-place finish in 20:13.57 at the Champoeg Invitational on Saturday.
