Post-Season Survey

 

Thank you for taking time to fill out a postseason athletic survey. The data collected will help identify areas of strength as well as areas that need improvement; this will direct North Marion Athletics as we prepare for future seasons. Survey results will be appropriately shared with the athletic director, school administrators, school board and head coaches.

 

We request both athlete and parent/guardian to complete this survey. These surveys are anonymous, please be truthful. Please indicate if you are a student-athlete or parent/guardian/community member filling out this survey.
